Dental Emergencies

Call 607.724.1389 (Binghamton Office) or 607.754.3080 (Endicott Office).
Emergencies occurring during normal office hours will be seen that day or as soon as possible. Emergency calls received after normal office hours will be answered by an answering service. The service will contact the doctor on call who will return your call.

Honoring Your Appointment

We work very hard at staying on schedule because we understand that your time is valuable. However, there are occasions when emergencies and unforeseen occurrences cause us to be delayed in treating you. We apologize. We will contact you as soon as we are aware of circumstances that may prevent you from receiving services on time. If there is a problem because of an unanticipated delay, we can reschedule your appointment or add your name to a call list for the next earliest possible appointment.

Call List

We maintain a list of patients who have specific scheduling needs or who are waiting for cancellations so that their needs can be met.

Appointment Cancellation

We request that you give the office at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel a scheduled appointment. Your appointment time has been specifically reserved for you.

Privacy

Federal law, effective April 14, 2003, requires this Practice to provide each of its patients with the Practice’s Notice of Privacy Policy. Please read it carefully. We will ask you to sign an Acknowledgement of receipt of the Notice for our records.

Dental Insurance

Dental insurance is not typically designed to pay in full for services rendered. The amount of dental insurance coverage you have is based on your specific policy.
